We are at loss of words to inform that our dear friend, our affiliate and a renowned water & agriculture expert, Dr. Shahid Ahmad has left this world for his eternal abode. Prayers are requested.
He will always be remembered for his acumen, his professionalism and scholarship. It will be extremely difficult to fill the void cerated by his sudden departure.
