The assignment entails finalisation of a concept note on Strengthening REDD+ for Result-based Payments (RBPs) in Pakistan, to be submitted to the Green Climate Fund (GCF) by the National Rural Support Programme (NRSP). With a budget of USD 10 million, the project will pilot REDD+ approach in selected areas of Pakistan and strengthen capacity of the Ministry of Climate Change to apply for RBPs.
