After recent determination by the Permanent Court of Arbitration which upheld Pakistan’s principled stance about the Indus Waters Treaty 1960, the PTV programme discussed what options Pakistan has. Hamid Sarfraz opined that while the determination is a legal and diplomatic win, Pakistan needs to increase it water storage and management capacity on war footings to counter fallout of IWT’s unilateral abrogation by India.
