The UN Women Pakistan has assigned the dev~consult to undertake end-project evaluation and develop a case study on the Moving from Charity Model to Rights-based Work – Delivering as ONE for Empowerment of Women with Disabilities. Financed through UN’s core funds, the project was implemented from 2018 to 2020 in Karachi and Peshawar districts by Handicap International and the relevant government departments and agencies.
