The National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) has commissioned us for development of Pakistan’s Country Framework for the Green Climate Fund (GCF) through an extensive series of consultative meetings, workshops, feasibility studies, assessments and reviews. The earlier version was developed in 2017, and now the revised Framework will be developed for the next five-year period. The Framework will identify the potential areas and opportunities to access climate finance through various modalities of GCF. It would also identify a portfolio of fundable ideas to be pursued by the public and private sector in Pakistan.
