Transparency International Pakistan invited Hamid Sarfraz for a session on Climate Budgeting and Investment during a training for the Sindh government officials on climate budgeting, finance transparency, and carbon market readiness. The training brought together representatives from key public sector departments to strengthen institutional frameworks, and enhance transparency and accountability in climate finance.
